Friends, family, womyn, womin, womon, and women -- any advice on raising a girl who likes, well, girly things? Like this headband (Thanks Cousin Alli!) that Jorja insists on wearing nearly EVERYDAY.
Don't get me wrong -- I enjoy make-up, shoes with a bit of a heel, purses that have the potential to pass as mini-messenger bags, and sparkly jewelry now and then, but when it comes to 19 month old girls insisting on sporting pink, floral headbands on a regular basis I start to wonder what's in store for the future.

She will let you know what and how to do it!! Just take her to a little girls section in a store with accessories. She will lead YOU!!!!
As the "big sister" of a 100%, fully immersed princess looking, pink loving 10 year old girl, that head band is NOTHING!!! Just wait...you will long for the day when you could still identify your child under the tiara, claire's jewelry and tutu!
Something sparkly and pink... not that I know or anything.
Seriously: shoes, hair accessories, jewlery, skirts. Take her to Claire's!
